Terminology were the following is used: “customer”, “you” and “your” is referred to you, the person using this website and accepting the terms and conditions. “the provider”, “the website”, “we” and “us” refers to our company; Mydollishhair, registered in the Netherlands with the company number 62989480. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed customers need in respect of provision of the company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Dutch Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/ she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The terms and conditions are applicable on any electronical agreement between the customer and Mydollishhair. Before the distance agreement is final, Mydollishhair will make the customer aware of the terms and conditions.


  • Every product or service on the website includes detailed information and images to support this information. The website, including the content, is as accurate as possible. The website cannot be held accountable if there may be any inaccuracies or typographical errors. This also includes availability, accuracy or completeness of the content.

  • If an product or service on the website contains a validity term it will be mentioned.

  • The information for the customer as displayed on the website is accurate and specified enough. The customer will be aware of its rights and obligations when accepting an offer.


  • The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the customers personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by Mydollishhair and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by Mydollishhair under any circumstance.

  • Mydollishhair cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the customers electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the customer may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

  • Mydollishhair will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Mydollishhair will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the customers chosen delivery address.


  • All prices stated on the website includes and are subject to the current rate of the Dutch VAT at the then prevailing rate.

  • All prices stated on the website are displayed in Euro’s.

  • VAT is not charged on orders outside the European Union.

  • Mydollishhair contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by the average customer as an error, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require return of any product provided to you.



  • We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard /Visa), debit cards and PayPal payments.

  • Your credit card or other account detailed above will be debited when you click on the “confirm” button.

  • Any credit card used for payment must be in the name of the person ordering and the same card must be carried at the time of delivery. It may be required for verification and obtaining signature on a credit card charge form for delivery.



  • Deliveries are made to the delivery address given at time of order. Customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring accuracy of information provided.

  • You accept and agreed that we will not be liable for deliveries that are delayed.

  • You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that are delayed.

  • You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing. However we will make like for like replacements if a delivery goes missing due to the fault of a third party ( i.e. courier) after a sufficient time period has elapsed and after you agree to assist us in any subsequent investigation for compensation from said third party.

  • Mydollishhair does not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses.



  • This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser when a new piece is purchased from us. - This warranty is invalidated if you allow a third party to repair or attempt to repair any item.

  • In the event of a dispute as to the cause of damage, we reserve the right to send the product to a mutually agreed independent third party assessor to determine the nature of the defect. Only if their judgement indicates a defect in material or workmanship will we repair the item.

  • This warranty does not cover expenses incurred by you due to a lack of proper care of your product.

  • Please keep your proof of purchase documents. They will be required for in order to produce warranty service in the event you wish to make a warranty claim.

  • Please notify Mydollishhair within 14 days of purchase in the event that you wish to claim a replacement for a defect.


  • The customer has a 14 day right of withdrawal. The 14 day right of withdrawal can be used without any reason. The provider may ask for a certain reason but the customer is not obligated to.

  • The right of withdrawal is effective the moment the customer has received the item(s).


  • The customer is obligated to handle the item(s) with care. Any tags, labels, bags should be attached or returned undamaged.

  • When returning the item please be sure to use the exchange form. You can find the exchange form in the package.

  • The right of withdrawal must be within 14 days.

  • The burden of proof is in hands of the customer. That means that it is your responsibility to make sure that we are notified that you want to exchange or return.

  • If you discover a faulty product after 14 days, Mydollishhair reserves the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any payments or exchange.

  • If not mentioned by Mydollishhair the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.



  • When the package is received, Mydollishhair will send the customer a confirmation of receipt. This will be send electronically.

  • Payments will be sorted the same way as the payment is received.

  • Payments will be sorted within 14 days.


  • Please note that our services are for domestic and private use only. We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including without limit loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.

  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products.

  • Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or any liability which is due to our fraud or any other liability which we are not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of Dutch law.

  • Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.

  • A person who is not a party to this contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) to enforce any term of this contract.



Mydollishhair ensures to make the website as accessible as possible to be used by everybody. You may notice changes to the website to help with navigation, reading text, color schemes and use of screen readers.


These terms are governed by Dutch law. The customer and Mydollishhair both agree that the Dutch courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or connection with the Services.
